When you place an order through the services you are making an offer to purchase a product from us. We will accept your offer to sell to you on the following Terms and Conditions. All requests and orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. We deem our acceptance of an offer to buy from us upon dispatch of the goods to you. We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel any offer made by the customer to buy products from us up and until we finally dispatch the goods bought and we communicate the items have or are being dispatched to the customer via email of other means of communication. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure. Fleurology are absolutely entitled to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by emailing you or else by calling you. When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us when requesting goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes and we shall not be held responsible if we choose not to supply you. We will also not be responsible if a product becomes unavailable, has been updated, modified or changed or is delayed. Customers with specific requirements should speak directly with us before placing an order if any issue of the product, delivery time or specification is in any way critical.
Specification changes & product updates
From time to time our suppliers may make adjustments changes or improvements to products we supply. Due to the manufacturing process some of our products undergo it is not possible to guarantee that two products of the same type will be exactly the same. If you purchase products at a different time you further accept that the product and specifications may have changed. We reserve the right to supply you with a revised product where such change has occurred and we will not be responsible for postage costs should you decide to return the product/s whether of not you were informed of a change.
We use various services in the UK to deliver depending on the most appropriate. Deliveries of products will usually be made within 14 days of receipt of your order and cleared payment but may take up to 30 working days if your order is for a product that is difficult to ship, currently out of stock, is made to order for you or requires any alterations you have requested. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason within the 30 day period we shall advise you. You may then choose to cancel your order or extend the agreed delivery time.
We cannot guarantee delivery times or dates and whilst we may pass on any special instructions you give us, we cannot guarantee these will either be passed on or acted on by the delivery service. We are not responsible for any charges you may incur if you miss a deliver and either have to collect this yourself from a distribution hub or are charged by the service provider for redelivery.
We aim to deliver your items within 4-6 working days, if you would like your delivery sooner than this, please call and we can discuss what alternatives there are.

You can track your order with a tracking code that will be emailed to you from the courier.
Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock we will get in touch with you to offer an alternative or to advise on when will next be available.
Any import duties and taxes that may be due are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the goods.
If you wish to return your purchase please inform us as soon as possible either by email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 07968 414953. Refunds will only be issued on our receipt of the item in its original condition and in the original packaging.
We can arrange return of an item to be collected from you by a courier, this will incur a charge to be deducted off the refund. As per the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, items should be returned within the 14 day cancellation period.
If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to return your order in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Items missing from delivery
If you receive your delivery and it is missing any products or components you must inform us within 24 hours of the parcel being delivered. Failing to do so will mean that we are unable to compensate you in any way.
In such case as a dispute arises, the prevailing law that shall be applied to this contract shall be English UK law.
